As of August 1, 2020, we will be going to an online-only format and will be moving our physical location back to where our story began. Sun Valley, Idaho.
Question 1: Will you still repair warranted items?
Answer: YES! We continue to stand behind items purchased from our store. This will be a three step process.
Step 1- Begin by filling out an inquiry for your item by clicking the Start Inquiry button below.
Step 2- We will review your request and contact you on how to properly ship qualifying items to our new location for repair. Shipping costs will be customers' responsibility. Please be sure to add both a current phone number and email address to contact you.
Step 3 - We will repair the item and ship it back to you at no extra charge.
Question 2: Will my items be insured during shipping?
Answer: Yes. We will return the customers' item at our expense and all items will be insured through USPS Priority Mail. Insurance on shipping item to us is the customers' responsibility
Question 3: Where can I find your jewelry to purchase?
Answer: You will be able to find all of our inventory online. We are adding items like our beautiful Larimar stone jewelry and Bering watches to our online store each week! You can view our latest products here and watch for a pre-holiday sale coming soon!
Question 4: I have an item still currently being repaired by you, how do I get in contact with you to receive my item?
Answer: We have made every effort to contact customers for job pickup before August 1, 2020. We understand phone numbers change and sometimes they were entered into our system incorrectly. We will hold onto items for 30 days from the scheduled pick up date, per our store policy, and will pay to have it shipped within the 48 Contiguous States at no charge.
